  Low fat Yogurt with Nutrachips  
     
  Ingredients  
  1/2 cup of Low fat Probiotic Yogurt (any flavor)
1/4 cup of Nutrachips
 
     
  Preparation  
  Take a small size soup bowl. Place yogurt in bowl and top it of with the Nutrachips, you may garnish the plate with a strawberry or cherry if you like.  
 
 
 

 

Fruit Salad with Nutrachips

 
 
 
  Ingredients  
  1 cup of fresh cut fruit
1/4 cup of Nutrachips
 
     
  Preparation  
  Take a small soup size bowl. Place Fruit, diced in small cubes in the bowl and top it of with the Nutrachips, you may garnish the plate with a little honey if you like.
